Beskrivelse

Today public welfare services are complex and interconnected.  Public reports and guidelines highlights that welfare services should be more integrated and coherent, while there is an increased focus on global and cultural challenges, as well as user/client involvement. Why is it so hard to change welfare services and practices that has been there for ages?  How can we use cultural psychological perspectives to understand the resistance to change? How can we use cultural psychological perspectives to facilitate dialogue and change processes in health, social and welfare services, so as they adapt to global and cultural challenges and user/client involvement?
